You can permanently delete your DigiRaksha account and all associated data at any time — whether or not you have the app installed. This page is provided for that purpose, per Google Play's Account Deletion policy.
DigiRaksha is developed and published by Rakshak Digital Technologies Private Limited.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, phone number, referral code)
- Your subscription and billing history stored in our app database
- All family/child links you created or joined
- Screen time, location, installed-app, and alert history tied to your account
- Any pending notifications or feedback you submitted
What's retained, and for how long
- Payment/invoice records for completed transactions are retained by our payment processor (Razorpay) and in our own accounting records, as required under Indian tax law — independent of your DigiRaksha account and not accessible through the app after deletion
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your DigiRaksha profile and all app data listed above are permanently erased right away. If your account is currently linked as a child device inside a family, ask the parent to remove it from their Family settings first — a linked child device cannot delete itself while still linked, to protect the parent's own records.
Your DigiRaksha account and all associated data have been permanently removed.
